Then said it was fine and that she would be there. Then she text me and said that she wasn’t going to be there again.

Zillow representatives already have customer information that is provided when signing up for a Zillow account. This enables us to provide them with excellent customer service when a potential customer call comes through. Therefore, I had no need to procure further information from William. I was simply in compliance with state regulations to provide a pre-touring form before a showing. William took this personally and aggressively retaliated. Unfortunately he missed out on a great buying experience. I hope he finds the perfect home!
